Shipping
Standard Shipping is UPS (note: UPS does not ship/deliver on Saturday) All items that are in-stock ship within 1-2 business days. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly.

Overnight/ Saturday Delivery – Contact Us

• If you require either overnight or Saturday delivery for your order please contact us directly at (949) 675-6404 or by email at info@pulpfactorycalendars.com. We can verify if the items or items are all available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping prices for the order.
• Orders must be received at PulpFactory Calendars by 12:00 pm PST to be delivered within 2 business days.

International Shipping We do ship to Canada and the UK via USPS Global Priority. Please contact us for pricing.

Returns
All PulpFactory Calendar items are backed by a 15 day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your PulpFactory Calendar purchase, simply follow these steps to receive a full refund (less the shipping and gift wrap charges):

1. email our customer service at info@pulpfactorycalendars.com for an authorization code within 15 days of your order arrival date.

2. ship the item(s) back to us preferably via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost during transit back to us.

Please do not ship items back to us without a return authorization code. They will not be accepted. Items are accepted only in new, unused condition with original documentation included. Items returned after 15 days will receive store credit only. Sale items are issued an exchange or store credit only.

Payment Options
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed.

Sales Tax
We charge 8.75% sales tax to orders shipped to California.

Gift Wrapping
Gift wrap’ is available for all of our items. The charge is $3.00 and includes a cute gift tag sticker with your message affixed to the item purchased. To protect your privacy, our system does not allow us to alter your gift card message in any way once your order is placed. Please double check your card for accuracy as it will print as typed.

Gift Reminder
You must have a registered account to create a gift reminder. Once set up, simply browse through our site and find the items you want. Choose color, size and any options, and then click the “add to wish list” button. All information on your wish list will be stored with us and can be modified, added to or deleted at any time by logging into your account. Let friends and family members know what you like by emailing your wish list directly to them. Just enter their name, email address and any personalized message and hit the “send” button.
